Technical Program Manager (TPM)

We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.Technical Architecture & DesignUnderstanding of AWS service architecture including compute, storage, networking, and serverless services (Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CDK)Comprehension of distributed systems design, event-driven architectures, and API integration patterns across multiple internal platformsFamiliarity with AI/ML integration patterns including Generative AI, agentic workflows, and natural language interfacesKnowledge of Andes data lake architecture and data pipeline patterns is a strong plusProgram Coordination and ManagementProven ability to manage the lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams and organizationsExperience driving alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders at the Sr. Manager and Director levelSkilled at defining measurable objectives, and influencing resource allocation across teamsAbility to identify dependencies and technical risks across teams, unblock delivery, and negotiate priorities to accelerate program executionExperience designing and executing program rollout plans including phased launches, adoption tracking, and change management across regionsStakeholder Communication and Program RolloutStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to author executive narratives, flash reports, and weekly stakeholder updatesAbility to create and maintain program dashboards, status mechanisms, and reporting cadences for senior leadership visibilityExperience developing stakeholder communication strategies including launch announcements, progress summaries, and escalation communicationsProficiency in driving operational reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement cycles across engineering delivery teamsAmpcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
