The Senior Sales & Engagement Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth while enhancing client relationships and overall guest engagement within premium hospitality spaces. This role leads sales strategy, manages key accounts, and ensures a high-touch, personalized experience for clients from initial inquiry through event execution and renewal.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive premium revenue across suites, catering, and special eventsIdentify new business opportunities, upsell opportunities, and revenue streams within existing accountsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to closing and post-event follow-upConsistently meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targetsClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for premium clients, suite holders, and VIP stakeholdersBuild and maintain long-term relationships to drive retention and renewalsConduct regular outreach, including pre-event planning and post-event follow-upsAnticipate client needs and deliver customized, high-end hospitality experiencesEngagement & ExperienceDevelop creative engagement strategies to elevate the premium guest experienceCollaborate with operations and culinary teams to enhance offerings, activations, and presentationLead initiatives such as gifting programs, themed experiences, and in-suite enhancementsEnsure consistent, high-quality communication with clients regarding menus, deadlines, and event detailsEvent Planning & ExecutionPartner with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of all premium eventsReview and finalize BEOs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectationsBe present on event days to support high-profile clients and ensure service excellenceAddress and resolve any client concerns in real timeLeadership & CollaborationMentor and support sales coordinators and premium managers, providing guidance on best practicesCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and Marketing teamsAlign sales efforts with operational capabilities to ensure successful executionFinancial & Administrative ResponsibilitiesTrack sales performance, pipeline activity, and client engagement metricsSupport forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processesEnsure all contracts, invoices, and payments are completed accurately and timelyLegends & ASM Global is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer, and encourages Women, Minorities, Individuals with Disabilities, and protected Veterans to apply.
