They partner with major system integrators to deliver complex IT solutions.The Role Lead regulatory initiatives for a large-scale Customer Information System transformation. Translate regulatory requirements into actionable business processes and system requirements. Analyze utility commission orders, tariffs, and regulatory commitments. Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews. Manage project plans, schedules, and risks. Coordinate with various functional teams and vendors.What You'll Need 7+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or utility transformation. Direct experience within a regulated electric or gas utility. Demonstrated experience working with public utility commissions or internal utility regulatory teams. Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into business and system requirements. Strong experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
