They partner with major system integrators to deliver impactful technological solutions.The Role Lead planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery of regulatory initiatives for CIS transformation. Partner with various internal teams including Regulatory, Legal, Rates, Billing, Customer Service, and IT. Analyze utility commission orders, tariffs, and regulatory commitments. Translate regulatory requirements into business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows. Identify and document differences among state and jurisdictional requirements impacting customer operations. Manage project plans, schedules, risks, and prepare status reports and executive presentations.What You'll Need 7+ years of combined project management, business analysis, regulatory, or utility transformation experience. Direct experience within a regulated electric or gas utility is required. Demonstrated experience working with public utility commissions or internal regulatory teams. Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into business and system requirements. Strong experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
