Senior Technical Support Engineer (Tier 1–3) – Financial Services / Legal EnvironmentBoston, MA (4 days a week onsite)OverviewWe’re partnering with a professional services organization in the financial/legal space seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to deliver high-touch, white-glove IT support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments and can comfortably handle everything from day-to-day help desk issues to more complex Tier 3 escalations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 1–3 technical support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applicationsDeliver white-glove support to executives and end users, ensuring a high level of professionalism and responsivenessTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to:Windows 10/11 environmentsMicrosoft 365 (O365) including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDriveExchange Online (mail flow, access, configuration)Intune / Endpoint ManagementSupport and maintain conference room technology (AV systems, Teams/Zoom rooms)Provide phone and remote support as well as in-person desk-side assistanceDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issuesPartner with infrastructure and security teams on escalations and root cause analysisAssist with onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and user account setupDocument issues, solutions, and processes within ticketing systemsQualifications4+ years of experience in technical support / desktop support / help desk rolesExperience working in financial services, legal, or other white glove environmentsStrong hands-on experience with:Windows OS and desktop troubleshootingMicrosoft 365 ecosystemIntune / endpoint management toolsExchange OnlineExperience supporting conference room AV and collaboration toolsAbility to operate across Tier 1, 2, and 3 support levelsExcellent communication skills with a polished, client-facing presenceStrong troubleshooting mindset and ability to work independentlyWhat They’re Looking ForSomeone who is service-oriented and detail-focusedComfortable supporting high-level stakeholders and executivesAble to balance hands-on support and escalation-level problem solvingA proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-throughWork Environment4 days onsite in Boston, MACollaborative, high-performance professional services setting$100,000 - $110,000Full medical, vision & dental benefitsOur specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches faster
