E-Commerce and Customer Service Team Lead - Full Time

In this role, you will: Oversee the checkout experience and ensure smooth operations in customer service, providing outstanding support for both in-store patrons and online shoppers. Track key performance indicators to evaluate team performance and operational efficiency, driving improvements where necessary. Manage daily operations, focusing on cash management, customer demand, and efficient labor utilization. Assist the Team Leader in developing and mentoring team members, creating a culture of teamwork and mutual respect. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean, organized workspace to support productivity. The perfect candidate will bring: Exceptional interpersonal and motivational skills, enabling you to effectively teach and mentor team members. Strong analytical abilities to pinpoint and tackle performance issues effectively. Competence with email, Microsoft Office, and relevant operational applications. This position requires: A minimum of 12 months of retail experience. The physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a demanding environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The compensation for this role ranges from $17.50 to $30.20 per hour, depending on experience.
