Certification in team dynamics, leadership, or group coaching (preferred). Current or previous role aligned with General/Other activities driving qualifications as a Team Building Keynote Speaker. Demonstrated excellence in public speaking, subject matter expertise, and ability to connect with varied audiences.Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or Education. 5+ years facilitating team building or leading group trainings. Knowledge of K–12 or higher education environments preferred.
