This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating logistics, and is passionate about delivering a high-quality learning experience.Job Responsibilities:Scheduling, planning and coordinating the logistics of training eventsMonitor and manage course enrollment for scheduled coursesGenerating and delivering training reportsSupport customer questions related to training offeringsIdentify areas in need of process improvements and prepare recommendations for increased efficiencyEnsure accuracy of information related to learning events, conferences, or other meetingsBe agile and able to learn various aspects of the business effectivelyDemonstrate the ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, and effectively carry out tasksParticipate in meetings as requiredAd-hoc tasks as requiredQualificationsExperience in coordination, administration, or a related fieldStrong collaboration skills with both internal teams and global clientsExcellent attention to detail and a strong customer-service mindsetExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to quickly learn new tools, processes, and adapt to changeStrong verbal and written communication skillsExpertise in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordAdditional Details* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST* Work Model: On-site, 5 days per week#LI-AK1
