Job Title: Industrial Engineer - Medical deviceLocation: Warsaw, IN or Raynham, MADuration: 12 MonthsSummary:We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer with a strong background in medical devices, SAP, supply chain planning, and PLM/Windchill systems. The ideal candidate will support supply chain operations, production planning, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination activities within a regulated manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop site-specific cut-over plans and validate: Lead times, Variant mapping, T-lane setupsExecute inventory builds and track first delivery schedulesManage first orders through distribution centersSupport procurement of new components and product phase-out activitiesManage lifecycle code retirement and system updatesCoordinate supplier S&OP activities and tactical supplier communicationsLead site-level cut-over strategy development and resolve supply delaysAlign safety stock planning and system changesAct as a key liaison between site teams, VSL, and EPL groups on supply updatesIdentify supply risks, backorders, and mitigation strategiesCollaborate cross-functionally to balance production capacity and supply requirementsWork closely with network capacity planning teamsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related fieldMinimum 3+ years of medical device industry experienceStrong experience with: SAP, Supply Chain Planning, MRP, PP&L, Windchill or PLM systems Experience supporting manufacturing and supply chain operationsStrong analytical, communication, and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience in regulated manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of inventory planning and production schedulingExperience working with cross-functional global teamsUnderstanding of product lifecycle management and change management processes
