MS Teams/AV Engineer

The Microsoft Teams Room / AV Engineer will provide technical expertise in the support, setup, and installation of Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and audiovisual (AV) technologies within a corporate office environment. This role operates in a fast-paced setting, supporting collaboration tools used by employees and executive leadership, and ensuring reliable, high-quality meeting experiences.Key Responsibilities:Configure, install, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms systems and AV equipment (cameras, microphones, speakers, and control systems)Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV and collaboration technologiesMonitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality and uptimeAssist with conference room deployments, upgrades, and maintenanceCollaborate with internal teams and vendors to support AV initiativesProvide support for high-priority meetings and executive-level eventsSystems Engineering Responsibilities:Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of systems infrastructure (hardware and software)Support system performance monitoring and ongoing maintenanceFollow established standards, practices, and procedures within the fieldQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experienceExperience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV technologies preferredFamiliarity with systems engineering concepts and IT infrastructureStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently under general supervision and manage multiple tasks
