The leadership team strives for work-life balance for all its employees, with options for overtime if desired.We are hiring an AV Engineer to join our client's team of engineers supporting enterprise AV environments, with a strong focus on Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and executive-facing support!Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day AV support and incident responseSupporting Microsoft Teams Rooms, including:Room incidents and user requestsLive support for meetings and executive sessionsComplex AV setups for eventsExecutive and C-suite AV supportHands on support during upgrades and refresh projectsPartnering with leadership and remaining composed in high visibility situationsRequired Experience5+ years of AV engineering experience, with strong Microsoft Teams Rooms backgroundConfident supporting executives and highly visible stakeholdersHands-on experience with hardware such as:Neat MTR DevicesLogitechCrestronExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCalm, composed, and professional under pressureCategory Code: JN008
