Our company is looking for talented welders experienced in GMAW on stainless steel to join our dynamic team. We are seeking hardworking individuals who enjoy meeting challenges and surpassing expectations.

*We are currently working a 54-hour work week. Pay based on experience and weld test performance.
The ideal applicant would have experience with the following-
Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g., cut material with plasma cutter to match measurements)
Experience welding stainless steel with GMAW process
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
Weld components using manual welding equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead)
Good time-management skills
Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
Experience in using electrical or manual tools (tape measures, squares, grinders, etc.)
Ability to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
Team Player
Always attentive to detail and alert to ensure safety
Ability to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers
Measuring and cutting materials to specifications
Willingness to learn
Ability to understand blueprints and interpret technical documents is a plus
Confined space entry required in some departments.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
