DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to support our growing marketing and sales teams. This role sits at the intersection of data quality, sales enablement, and marketing execution — ensuring our contact database is clean, well-organized, and actionable, while freeing up our Marketing team to focus on strategy and campaign building.Responsibilities and Duties:CRM & Contact ManagementReceive, validate, and upload contact rosters from counterparties and internal stakeholdersRun all incoming contacts through email validation tools (e.g. NeverBounce) prior to upload, ensuring invalid or incomplete records are flagged and excludedEnsure all contacts meet data quality standards — required fields include company name, company NMLS#, and assigned sales contactMaintain and apply the company's CRM tagging taxonomy across channel, segment, status, rate sheet, distribution list, and event categoriesConduct regular audits of contact records to identify untagged, duplicate, or outdated entries and resolve themManage event tags in advance of conferences and industry events, and support post-event outreach segmentationCoordinate contact reassignment when sales team members join or depart Sales SupportServe as a resource for the sales team — helping reps locate marketing materials, presentations, and resources within the company's content libraryPull targeted contact lists on request to support outreach, conference prep, and business development effortsSupport counterparty onboarding by coordinating the intake and processing of new contact lists Distribution List & Compliance ManagementMaintain accuracy of distribution lists as contacts are added, updated, or removedMonitor and enforce opt-out and unsubscribe compliance across platformsCommunicate contact upload confirmations and list updates to relevant stakeholders Process & DocumentationFollow and maintain standard operating procedures for contact management and list uploadsIdentify opportunities to improve or streamline existing workflowsSupport the Marketing team on campaign execution tasks efficiently with no compliance gapsMarketing campaigns are supported by well-segmented, reliable listsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field preferredEquivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered2+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM administration, sales support, data management, or a related operational support role preferredExperience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Jungo, etc.)Proficiency in Excel and CSV file managementStrong
