ISM Security Specialist (ATO / IATT Focus) We are looking for a hands-on security professional with deep experience guiding systems through the IATT and ATO lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support ATO/IATT processes from initiation through authorizationDevelop and maintain RMF documentation (SSP, POA&M, SAR, etc.)Work with stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal security frameworks (NIST, FedRAMP, DoD RMF)Utilize tools such as eMASS, XACTA, or similarSupport continuous monitoring and audit readiness Active TS/SCI clearance (required)Ability to work onsite in the DMV area 2–3 days/weekExperience supporting federal or DoD environmentsStrong communication and ability to work in cross-functional teams
