Electrical Engineer - Data Center / Mission Critical

I’m currently partnered with a well-funded, fast-growing data center developer/operator delivering large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure for enterprise and hyperscale clients across the U.S. They’re looking to bring on an Electrical Engineer to support a growing portfolio of data center projects.This role sits within the owner’s engineering team, providing technical oversight across design, construction, and commissioning, while helping shape long-term electrical standards and best practices across multiple developments.Key Details:• Location: U.S. (Hybrid / On-site options)• Contract Type: Full-time• Sector: Data CentersKey Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (PE license highly preferred) • Experience supporting data center or mission-critical electrical design & construction • Strong understanding of MV/LV power distribution, electrical systems, and redundancy topologies • Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs • Exposure to tools such as ETAP, SKM, AutoCAD/Revit, Bluebeam • Familiarity with NEC, IBC, and data center standards (ASHRAE, BICSI, etc.) • Ability to support commissioning (L4/L5), factory testing, and troubleshooting • Strong stakeholder coordination across design teams, contractors, and operations
