We are looking for a Lead Technical Architect to drive the deployment of Tier 4 Final and Hybrid systems across the Americas.The Challenge: We need someone who can go from a deep-dive Root Cause Analysis on a fuel system failure in the morning to designing a BESS-integrated power solution for a Hyperscale Data Center in the afternoon.The Technical Toolkit we’re looking for:Engine Mastery: Deep expertise in Common Rail fuel systems, turbocharger matching, and combustion physics.Controls & Communication: Expert-level knowledge of CANbus, J1939, and controllers (Deep Sea, Woodward).Regulatory Expert: Mastery of NEC, NFPA 110/855, and UL 2200.Project Leadership: Experience leading full-scale commissioning and global R&D feedback loops.The Role Requirements:10+ years in Power Gen.Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Willingness to travel (25–40%) to project sites across the US, LATAM, and India.If you thrive on deconstructing complex mechanical failures and building next-gen power infrastructure, we want to talk to you.
