Maintenance Technician - The Ashford

If you're someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys helping others, you'll fit right in here.What you'll be doing:Responding to and completing service requests with care and urgencyMaintaining the overall condition and appearance of the communityCompleting apartment punch lists and make-ready unitsPerforming drywall repair, painting, and general upkeepTroubleshooting and repairing plumbing and electrical issuesWhat you bring to the team:At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experienceHVAC and CPO certifications preferredExperience with appliances and plumbing repairs is a plusStrong communication skills and professionalism in all situationsA willingness to jump in, help out, and support the teamWhat you need to know:Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMOn-call rotation and weekend availability are requiredAt The Ashford, we don't just maintain apartments, we take care of people.
