Our goal is to provide top-tier sports experiences for our customers in New York, NY.About The RoleThis is a full-time, on-site Operations Analyst role at Swish Breaks in New York, NY, with a focus on our Pokémon trading card vertical. You'll play a key part in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly — from inventory and logistics to order fulfillment and process improvement. You'll work closely with senior management to build and optimize the systems that power our Pokémon business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage inventory tracking, logistics coordination, and order fulfillment specifically for Pokémon card productsMonitor market trends, card valuations, and product demand within the Pokémon TCG spaceAnalyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutionsBuild and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance metricsPartner with senior leadership on process improvement and scaling initiativesHelp develop SOPs and playbooks as we continue to growQualifications1–3 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, or a related fieldKnowledge of the Pokémon TCG market — understanding of card grading, set releases, and pricing is a strong plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other tools (Shopify, Airtable, etc.) is a plusAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentMust be based in or able to commute to NYCWhat We Offer Hands-on impact in a fast-growing sports/entertainment and trading card company A fun and dynamic work environment with a passionate community Competitive salary and potential for growth within Swish Breaks The chance to turn your passion for Pokémon into a career
