Lead Math Instructor / Tutor (Upper-Level Math & Calculus)

We are looking for a high-energy, dedicated, and skilled *Lead Math Instructor* to join our team! As our Lead Math Instructor, you will work with students of all ages (elementary through high school) and play a key role in supporting our instructional team, assisting with upper-level math curriculum, and helping parents stay updated on student progress. Key Responsibilities * *Instruct Students:* Teach math concepts ranging from foundational elementary math through *Calculus*. * *Engage & Inspire:* Work with students of all ages, maintaining a supportive, patient, and encouraging environment. * *Team & Curriculum Support:* Assist team members with advanced math questions and help guide center learning flows. * *Parent Communication:* Periodically provide warm, concise progress updates to parents regarding student growth. Required Availability Must be able to work *at least 4 to 5 days per week* during center instruction hours: * *Monday – Thursday:* 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM * *Friday:* 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM * *Sunday (if needed):* 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM Candidate Qualifications & Requirements * *Education:* High school diploma or equivalent *required* _(No high school students; college students, grads, or professionals preferred)_. * *Math Proficiency:* Strong expertise in high school mathematics, including *Pre-Calculus and Calculus* _(required)_. * *Math Skills Assessment:* Candidates *must pass a Math Skills Test* during the interview process to evaluate competency up to Calculus. * *Temperament & Passion:* Patient, personable, and passionate about working with young learners. * *Reliability:* Dedicated, punctual, and committed to a consistent schedule.
