Technical Program Manager, Prototype, New Programs Engineering

What to Expect The New Programs Engineering team works at the front-end of vehicle design and development, working in an iterative environment to study, simulate, build, and prove Tesla’s future generation of vehicles. This position will interact with many cross-functional teams from the Design, Vehicle Engineering, Powertrain Engineering, Firmware, Fabrication, CNC, and Technician teams in creating different prototypes for engineering development. The role will encompass all aspects of leading prototype vehicle projects through design, build, and FW bring up phase of a project. Applying first principles approach to problem solving tight timelines, project milestones, and material management.
