This role leads supplier corrective actions, change control, nonconformance processes, and risk assessments.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee supplier quality activities, including performance monitoring, audits, and developmentManage supplier issues (SCAR, CAPA, NCR) and ensure effective resolutionSupport supplier selection, qualification, and ongoing compliancePartner with engineering, quality, and procurement teams to address supplier-related risks and improvementsAssist with new product development, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ, PPAP), and supplier-related projectsMaintain supplier documentation, agreements, and quality system updatesParticipate in internal/external audits and conduct supplier site visitsQualifications3+ years in a regulated quality/supplier management environmentKnowledge of FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and related standardsExperience with audits, validation, and supplier quality processesStrong communication, organizational, and analytical skillsEducationBachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (certifications a plus)Travel10–25% travel may be required
