Customer Service Twin Farms is seeking a skilled, service-oriented Esthetician to join our luxury spa team. Our spa proudly features Biologique Recherche as our exclusive facial line, and comprehensive training is provided for all facial products and body treatments.This role is ideal for a professional who values precision, discretion, and personalized care while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a refined spa environment.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide customized facials and body treatments in accordance with Twin Farms' service standards and current licensureConduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, identify contraindications, and tailor treatments accordinglyRecommend appropriate treatments, home-care regimens, and retail products based on individual guest needsMaintain strong product knowledge, including ingredients, protocols, and benefits of Biologique Recherche and other spa offeringsDeliver a consistently warm, professional, and guest-focused experienceManage appointment timing to ensure services begin and conclude as scheduledPrepare, clean, sanitize, and reset treatment rooms before and after each serviceAdhere strictly to esthetics policies regarding sanitation, chemical usage, equipment care, and universal precautionsMonitor product and supply inventory and communicate needs to management in a timely mannerMaintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and service documentationProperly care for linens and ensure appropriate replacement between treatmentsParticipate in required meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional developmentSupport overall spa operations and assist with additional duties as assignedGuest Experience & Service StandardsWelcome guests warmly and escort them to and from treatment rooms in a professional mannerAnswer guest questions with confidence, clarity, and product expertiseDemonstrate a strong commitment to hospitality, discretion, and personalized serviceRespond promptly and thoughtfully to guest needs or concerns to ensure complete satisfaction
