Project Manager - Scrum Master

Job Title: SCRUM Master / Project Manager Location: REMOTE (however will be expected to come on site for meetings in Vienna, VA) Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options Position Type: Multiyear Contract Responsibilities Ensure delivery commitments align with Program Increment (PI) and business objectives Manage the end to end delivery lifecycle for Agile initiatives, from intake through release Ensure backlog is well documented and prioritized with the PO Act as a primary point of coordination between delivery teams and business stakeholders Manage dependencies, risks, and remove blockers / impediments Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives Forecast delivery outcomes using estimation, velocity, and capacity planning techniques Identify process improvement opportunities and lead retrospection driven actions to improve flow and quality Shield teams from external disruptions while enabling effective collaboration Must have ADO Azure DevOps experience, Client experience is a plus. Finance Systems knowledge is a plus Requirements Experience managing Agile projects as a Scrum Master or Project Manager Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) tools Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage project delivery timelines Experience in finance systems or client environments is a plus Relevant certifications such as Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) preferred Good understanding of Agile practices, methodology, and delivery lifecycle System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
