Profile: this role is very much a base as a Scrum Master with the addition of Project management in that this person will oversee the product and allocate capacity management, oversee the Jira stories, and ensure the team is on task effectively; the selected person will also need to be willing (and able) to put the business analyst hat on and work with teams to build out solutions needed. This hybrid role will provide agile facilitation, project management and frontline Salesforce support for a highly customized, enterprise-level Salesforce environment.This position requires advanced Salesforce administration knowledge, strong project and delivery management capabilities, Scrum Master expertise including backlog management and ceremony facilitation, as well as business analysis capabilities to translate user needs into system solutions.
