Growth OpportunityThis role is designed for a professional who wants to move quickly from customer service into program management. As you gain experience with our clients and systems, responsibilities will expand to include client relationship oversight, inventory coordination, operational program management, and strategic account development. About JWEJWE Inc. is a global manufacturer and supplier of corporate uniforms and workwear programs. For more than 30 years, we have partnered with organizations across the transportation, hospitality, retail, and service industries to design, manufacture, and manage uniform programs that support their workforces and brand identities.Although we have an established history, our office operates with the energy of a growing company. We are a small, collaborative team where ideas are welcomed, people support one another, and everyone contributes to solving challenges for our clients. Key ResponsibilitiesInitial responsibilitiesProvide direct customer service support to clients and their employees participating in uniform programs Respond to service questions and resolve issues quickly and professionally Assist with order support, product questions, and program-related inquiries Work with internal teams to ensure strong service delivery Utilize CRM systems and Excel to manage customer information and reporting As the role developsSupport account management and client relationship development Assist with oversight of inventory levels and program operations Communicate with client leadership regarding program performance Participate in marketing initiatives and account growth opportunities Work within systems, including Microsoft Business Central ERP and warehouse management platforms Required Skills5+ years of experience in customer service, or 3+ years in account management within a customer service environment CRM experience required, Microsoft Dynamics or HubSpot preferred Strong Excel proficiency required, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP Strong communication and client relationship skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client needs simultaneously Who This Role Is ForThis role is best suited for a professional who enjoys responsibility, takes ownership of challenges, and thrives in a collaborative environment where initiative matters.Because we operate as a small team, the right candidate will be comfortable wearing multiple hats, solving problems independently, and contributing ideas that improve how we serve our clients.
