See what our client can do for your career and your journey.Key relationships:Client Executives (C-Suite, SVP/VP, Directors)Sales/Pre-Sales ExecutivesProduct/Client Implementation TeamsOperations support teams at Onsite and OffshoreDepartment/Functional HeadsProduct management and EngineeringClient organization: account management & deliveryResponsibilities:Develop and maintain a high level of solution & market knowledge to help customers succeed with solution offeringsResearch potential clients and solicit customers for Solutions.Weekly territory/business development and prospecting new leads and territory sponsorsQualifying the opportunities in the sales stagesFront line contact with customers, prospects & leads, and responsible for a quarterly revenue goalRegularly develop & submit accurate forecasts and reports as requirePossess a strong understanding of solution and competition in the industry and positioningAbility to develop a territory management strategy, identify and develop sales leads, present capabilitiesAbility to coordinate information in order to develop relationships with internal and external clientsThorough knowledge and understanding of the industry, the company, and functional areas in order to strategically generate leadsExcellent organization and time management skills in prioritizing daily activities and responsibilities with focus on targetAbility to multitask in a fast paced environment Excellent problem solving skillsAble to perform successfully under pressure while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activitiesThis role requires independent travel up to 30%.Requirement -Bachelors or Masters in sales or related field.15+ years of relevant experience in client relationship and engagement management roles (including client success roles) in data and analytics space.Experience in closing new deals in Insurance (Property and Casualty) segment.Primary Responsibility to ensure that the client gets the desired value out of the relationship.Owns a Revenue Target for the year and works with various internal teams (Sales/Product/Delivery/Practices) to ensure that the targets are met.Proactively manage any escalations or issues related to project execution to mitigate risks to customer delight and billingsCreate 30-60-90 day Account Management Plans that cover a range of topics from current state of the engagement to upcoming Business Development opportunitiesConduct Business Reviews in partnership with Executive Sponsor on a quarterly basisShowcase point of view as a thought leader in the Data & Analytics space.Be the Point person for the client in case of any questions/concerns that might arise with respect to the overall relationshipWork on being a ‘trusted advisor’ to the clientsExpected to be client’s first point of escalation and should be able to address those issues in the best interest of the client
