Main duties include:Optimize manufacturing processes to produce products safely, efficiently, and to high quality standardsEnsure equipment performs at optimal levelsUse data-driven solutions to continuously improve existing and new processesIdentify and address efficiency bottlenecks and process shortcomingsLead root-cause analysis to drive process efficiency and reduce quality defectsDefine specifications for new and existing equipmentParticipate in internal and external quality auditsQualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar functionStrong mechanical aptitude and high attention to detailPrior work experience in medical device manufacturing preferredProject management experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust be comfortable presenting data and proposals in meeting settingsExcellent organizational and project management skillsPlease apply or send us a copy of your resume to dublin@omnione.com.
