Creative Project Manager

Our beauty client based in New York is looking for a Creative Project Manager for a six month coverage on the team; experience with Wrike is a must as well as previous experience as a Project Manager in the beauty industry. Day in the life:Lead a mix of fast-turn and complex creative projects from start to finishGuide meetings with clarity while consistently setting expectations and keeping projects forward focused.Work across multiple departments including creatives, marketers, product devopment, content producers, and global teams — Track details and manage resources to keep projects on time and budget Serve as the final checkpoint before deliverables move forward. Looking for: 5+ years of project management experience in creative, agency, or marketing environments focused on the beauty industry A proven track record managing campaigns from concept to execution, with multiple stakeholders and multiple revisions Proficiency with Wrike Master-level organizational skills Outstanding communication skillsConfidence working in a high-velocity environmentAbility to manage multiple projects at once
