Client Relations Associate - AT&T
Orbit LA Business is hiring a driven person who’s ready to compete, connect, and close. As a Client Relations Associate - AT&T, you’ll represent AT&T Fiber directly to consumers as you build relationships and convert conversations into long-term customers. This role is perfect for somebody who is motivated by goals and thrives in competitive environments.

Client Relations Associate Daily Duties:
Engage directly with customers to present and sell AT&T Fiber solutions
Conduct in-person consultations and explain Fiber benefits clearly and confidently
Maintain follow-up communication to drive retention and repeat business
Track daily sales metrics and consistently work toward exceeding targets
Handle customer questions, objections, and service updates professionally
Build long-term client relationships to protect and grow accounts
Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and improve performance
Client Relations Associate Ideal Profile:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to balance sales performance with customer retention
Comfortable in face-to-face sales environments
Strong problem-solving and objection-handling ability
Self-motivated with disciplined time management
Coachable and open to feedback
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
