This isn’t a “make it pretty” role. It’s for someone who can think, shape, and execute ideas—and who’s just as comfortable building a campaign as they are refining a slide that needs to land with impact. About You: You’re a concept-driven designer who knows how to move between big ideas and real-world execution without losing the thread. You’ve built a track record of creating thoughtful, strategic, and visually strong work across digital, print, and experiential channels You think in systems and stories, not just one-off assets You’re comfortable participating in the entire process: ideation, sketching, prototyping, pitching, art direction, and final execution You can explain your work clearly and confidently to non-creatives and senior stakeholders You know when to push, when to listen, and how to make the work better because of it You’re curious, adaptable, and always paying attention to how the industry is evolving Your portfolio should show range, depth, and thinking: campaigns, brand systems, presentations, social, digital, environmental, or anything else that proves you know how to connect ideas across touchpoints. Yes, you need an online portfolio. We will absolutely look at it. What You’ll Do Conceptualize and develop ideas from initial spark to final delivery Translate business goals into clear, engaging, and effective creative solutions Build and present ideas to stakeholders—sometimes polished, sometimes scrappy, always thoughtful Create integrated campaign systems across digital, print, presentation, and experiential formats Apply and evolve global brand standards in smart, flexible ways Partner with teammates and stakeholders to deliver work that hits the mark—on time and on brief Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and shared ownership What You Bring 5+ years of experience in agency, in-house, or a mix of both A strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual storytelling Experience working within established brand systems (and knowing when to flex them)Confidence presenting and discussing your work with stakeholders The ability to juggle multiple projects without losing attention to detail A collaborative mindset—you’re a team player, not a lone wolf Tools & Skills Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Figma (or similar tools for prototyping and collaboration) PowerPoint (we know—but it’s a must) Familiarity with project and asset management systems AI & Emerging Tools We’re interested in designers who are curious about what’s next. You’re open to using AI tools to support ideation and workflow efficiency You understand that AI is a tool—not a replacement for creative thinking or craft You’re thoughtful about how and when to use it, with attention to quality, ethics, and brand integrity Nice-to-Haves Motion/animation skills (After Effects, Premiere) Experience working across global teams or distributed environments A curiosity about culture, technology, or niche interests (we appreciate a good rabbit hole) Final Note They’re not looking for someone who checks every box. Just looking for someone who brings perspective, curiosity, and craft—and who wants to be part of a team that’s building something meaningful together.This is a hybrid role, you will be required to sit onsite with the client in their studio 2-3 days per-week.The account is fast paced and requires someone who is both attentive & accurate. You are required to interact and contribute to a team of 15 situated globally in the US, UK, HK, India and Australia. This is a full-time role on a fixed-term contractor basis, and applicants MUST be living in east coast of the states.
