Plant Operator – Liquid Processing

*Location:* Lincolnton, NC 28092 *Job Type:* Full-Time *Shift:* Monday–Friday, Day Shift *Eazy Grease* is looking to hire a dependable, hands-on *Plant Operator* to join our growing team. Our company specializes in the collection and recycling of used cooking oil from restaurants and other food establishments. No prior cooking oil or grease industry experience is required, although it is always a plus. We’re looking for someone with a *strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed to keep the plant running safely and efficiently.* Key Responsibilities * Perform general day-to-day plant and warehouse operations * *Load and offload trucks* and assist with transferring bulk liquids * Operate pumps, tanks, hoses, and other plant machinery * Safely operate a *forklift, skid steer, and other equipment * * Maintain a *clean, organized, and safe warehouse and plant environment* * Perform basic maintenance and repairs throughout the facility * Troubleshoot and make minor repairs to *pumps, power washers, hoses, and other plant equipment* * Perform basic *PVC/plumbing work*, including minor repairs and replacements * Monitor materials and assist with basic quality checks * Identify equipment or facility issues and help resolve them when possible * Follow all company safety, environmental, and compliance procedures * Assist with other general plant duties as needed *Requirements* * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record * *Forklift experience or ability to safely operate a forklift* * Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools * Ability to perform basic repairs and troubleshoot equipment * Comfortable working with *pumps, PVC piping, plumbing components, and general facility equipment* * Able to lift *60+ lbs*, bend, climb, and remain on your feet throughout the shift * Comfortable working in an industrial environment and around strong odors * Reliable, hardworking, and willing to take initiative when something needs to be done *Preferred Experience* * Previous plant, warehouse, industrial, or recycling experience * Forklift or skid steer experience * Experience working with pumps, PVC/plumbing, or mechanical equipment * General maintenance or handyman-type experience * Experience loading/offloading trucks or transferring bulk liquids Why Join Us? * Full-time, stable employment * Weekly pay * Monday–Friday schedule * Hands-on position with opportunities to learn and grow * Join a growing company in the recycling industry If you’re *dependable, mechanically inclined, and the type of person who isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty and fix things when needed*, we’d like to hear from you. *Apply today!* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s): * Do you have experience working in an industrial or plant environment? * Are you comfortable working around pumps, tanks, or other mechanical equipment? * Have you ever worked a job that required attention to gauges, meters, or instruments?
