Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist role located in Ben Wheeler, TX. The CNC Machinist will operate, maintain, and program CNC machines to fabricate precision components. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and maintaining machinery, interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, machining materials to specifications, and performing quality control checks to ensure high standards of production. The machinist will also adhere to safety protocols and participate in routine maintenance to ensure efficiency and reliability. Qualifications Proficiency in Machine Operation, including setup and safe operation of CNC machines.Experience in Machining and Milling with the ability to fabricate precise components based on technical specifications.Knowledge of Quality Control processes to inspect and ensure finished products meet required standards.Familiarity with various types of Machinery and their maintenance for optimal performance.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in machining or relevant fields are a plus.Previous experience in the automatic or manual door industry is a plus.
