Duties/Responsibilities:Repairs & make new harnesses Keeping work area clean & organized Helping Supervisors with inventory of new parts Troubleshoot problems with gearboxes & motors Other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities:Solder / Desolder Experience is preferred Ability to repetitively use small hand tools Measure, cut, & strip wire to meet OEM specs Crimp all connectors necessary for harnesses & locks Maintain inventory count to keep sufficient supplies on hand at all times Mechanical skills (auto, diesel, electric motors) Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years related experience required. Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a workbench Must be able to lift 40 pounds
