Position reports to: Warehouse Manager Schedule: On Call, Start Time 7pm, Sun-Thurs (1-5 days per week as needed) Primary purpose and function of position: Perform night picking and warehouse duties as directed. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Operate walkie riders safely and efficientlyAbility to build pallets using voice pick technologyStack and separate empty kegs and palletsCommunicate with supervisors and co-workers in a courteous and professional mannerOperate as an efficient and productive member on the night loading teamAbility to build and load sideload, draught, bulk trucks as well as stage productClean warehouse as directedMaintain warehouse product rotation standardsOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School diploma or GED certificate requiredMust have the ability to read, write and follow instructionsAbility to safely operate job related equipmentHighly self-motivated with a positive attitudeProject a friendly, courteous and professional imageHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to work on a team with minimal supervisionAbility to meet physical requirements of the job including, but not limited to: repetitively handling cases of beer, reaching above head height, climbing, bending, twisting, squatting, and kneelingAbility to frequently lift, carry, push or pull package product weighing 50 plus pounds and draught product weighing 165 plus poundsRegular and reliable attendance requiredAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and some holidays as neededAbility to pass a required pre-employment physical, background, and drug screeningAbility to perform all essential job functions and duties as assignedGrey Eagle Distributors is the largest Anheuser-Busch beer distributor in Missouri and one of the largest in the Midwest.
