Warehouse Associate 2nd ShiftLocation: Fenton, MO 63026 Pay rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hr Work schedule: 2:15 PM - 12:45 AM, Monday - Thursday (4x10 schedule)OverviewThe Warehouse Associate 2nd Shift plays an essential role in fulfilling customer orders, receiving inbound freight, and managing facility inventory. This position is responsible for picking, packing, receiving, and shipping materials accurately and efficiently. Operators will utilize warehouse material handling equipment, including specialized order pickers and swing reaches that safely transport employees up to 40 feet in the air to store or retrieve products.Job SpecificationsRoles & ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer materials accurately using automated RF barcode scanning equipment.Equipment Operation: Safely operate specialized material handling equipment (such as swing reaches and order pickers) to pull production orders and secure next-day shipments.Receiving & Verification: Process incoming shipments and meticulously verify item counts and descriptions against documentation for correctness.Inventory Control: Manually or mechanically restock warehouse inventory locations to maintain organized storage tracking.Quality Assurance: Securely pack outbound products to guarantee they arrive at customer locations undamaged and with exact quantities.Administrative Support: Handle basic clerical demands, data entry, or documentation tracking tied to material movement.Must Have Skills / RequirementsTechnical & Equipment: Prior familiarity or comfort operating material handling equipment at heights of up to 40 feet. Experience using industrial RF barcode scanners is required.Core Competencies: High attention to detail, strong spatial awareness for safe machinery operation, and a quality-first mindset.Physical Demands: Frequently required to walk for long durations; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
