Job Description Industry: Government | Public Administration | Civil Services Employment Type: Direct Hire Location: Riverside CA 92501 Schedule: 30 hours per week | Full-Time | Non-Exempt Compensation: $20.00–$24.00 per hour Annual Salary: $49,920 Experience Level: 3–5 years preferred Travel Requirement: Approximately 65% local travelAbout the Role The Independence Program Advisor plays a vital role in supporting adults as they work toward successful, independent living within the community. This position is ideal for a compassionate, organized, and self-directed professional who is motivated by meaningful public service and consumer-driven care. Working in close partnership with healthcare providers, Veterans' resources, and community-based organizations, the Advisor empowers participants by ensuring they have access to critical services, financial guidance, and individualized support plans that improve quality of life and promote autonomy.
