Python Developer with ETL

Role: Python Developer With ETLType: ContractLocation: NYC, NY - HybridPrimary Responsibilities• Develop internal tools that support data management and reporting needs across the Sustainability team• Structure and organize data to support consistent, reliable access across workflows and applications• Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows in Python and SQL againstSnowflake• Communicate directly with investment professionals: flag issues early, set expectations,and follow through• Work in an environment where priorities shift quickly; pivot without losing context on deprioritized workQualifications• 4+ years’ experience in a development role.• Solid Python skills and comfortable working with data.• Hands-on SQL experience; Snowflake familiarity a plus• Strong communication skills — able to give clear, direct updates to non-technical stakeholders• Comfortable operating in a front office environment: urgency, changing priorities, andhigh standards for output• Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows
