The candidate must be in the US.Role Description:As a Salesforce Developer at PPLIED, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform to support our hiring and matching workflows. You will work closely with product, operations, and data teams to translate business requirements into robust Salesforce components, including custom objects, integrations, and user interfaces. Daily responsibilities include building and optimizing Lightning Web Components, enhancing Visualforce pages where applicable, and implementing automation using Salesforce best practices. You will monitor and improve system performance, support releases and deployments, and contribute to the overall architecture and security of Salesforce environments. This is a full-time remote role, requiring effective collaboration across distributed teams and clear communication in a virtual setting.Qualifications:Strong experience with Salesforce.com Development, including custom objects, Apex, and integration patterns.Proficiency in modern Salesforce UI technologies such as Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages.Hands-on Salesforce.com Administration skills, including user management, security configuration, and workflow automation.Practical understanding of the broader Salesforce.com ecosystem and ability to align solutions with platform capabilities and limits.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, version control, and CI/CD processes for Salesforce deployments.Ability to write clean, testable code and familiarity with unit testing and debugging within Salesforce.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Administrator) are highly beneficial.
