This leader will own manufacturing, integration, testing, quality, logistics, safety, and workforce management, driving efficiency and on-time delivery in a high-mix, fast-paced environment.How You'll ContributeLead all factory operations including assembly, integration, testing, packaging, and shipping of servers and racksDrive continuous improvement using lean/Six Sigma to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance product qualityManage, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and factory personnel; foster a safe, inclusive, productive cultureCollaborate with planning, engineering, and supply chain to meet customer deadlines and optimize throughputOwn production planning and execution to ensure timely, accurate delivery to customer specificationsImplement and maintain rigorous quality control systems aligned with industry standards and customer requirementsOversee factory layout, equipment maintenance, and facility readiness; lead capital improvement projectsEnforce OSHA, ESD, and safety standards; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsTrack and report manufacturing metrics via ERP and production tools to drive performanceCoordinate logistics for inbound materials and outbound shipments to meet SLAsWhat Makes You a Great Fit10+ years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing, hardware integration, or related fieldStrong understanding of server, networking, and data center hardwareProven track record managing factory operations in a high-mix, high-volume environmentDemonstrated excellence in leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency with ERP systems, production planning tools, and manufacturing metricsBilingual in Mandarin ChineseExperience with hyperscaler, OEM, or enterprise-level IT hardware (preferred)Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems (preferred)Background in rack-level integration, burn-in testing, and logistics coordination (preferred)Ability to enforce OSHA, ESD, and safety standards and maintain regulatory complianceWho We Are, What We Stand ForMissionHires is the AI hiring partner of top talent teams.
