Key ResponsibilitiesManage entire production floor operationsEnsure safety, quality, and on-time deliveryOversee work orders, scheduling, and daily production reportsCoordinate purchasing, stockroom, shipping, and receivingLead daily production meetings and resolve floor issuesTrain, coach, and manage production teamsDrive continuous improvement and process optimizationMust-Have Qualifications5+ years in production management5+ years in graphics/printing or similar manufacturingStrong leadership and workflow managementExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, or TQMKnowledge of industrial safety and OSHA standardsComfortable being on-call during off-hoursPhysical/SafetyLift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periodsForklift certification preferred
