You'll architect Model Context Protocol integrations that connect AI agents to internal tools and platform services, defining the strategic blueprint for agent capabilities across the development lifecycle, and you'll mentor engineers across teams on effective use of AI-assisted development. This role is based onsite at arrivia's Phoenix, AZ headquarters.You fit if you bring 8 or more years of full-stack development and architectural experience, with expert proficiency using AI coding agents in professional workflows. You have strong proficiency in two or more of TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or C#/.NET, deep experience with a modern frontend framework, and a proven ability to architect and deliver cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
