Revenue Grid is a US-based product company with Ukrainian roots.Our AI-powered Revenue Intelligence Platform helps global sales teams prevent revenue loss by capturing and analyzing data, automating workflows, and driving smarter decisions through Revenue Signals – all built natively on Salesforce.You'll join a company that builds a world‐class product used by enterprise clients in the US and globally, combining the innovation of AI with the stability of a mature SaaS business.Why this role mattersWe're looking for a detail‐oriented Accounting Assistant with experience in US GAAP standards who will ensure accurate financial data, seamless reporting, and compliance in a fast‐paced SaaS environment.You'll be a key player connecting finance operations, sales, and leadership – turning numbers into business insights.What you'll doManage accounting according to US GAAP: accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, revenue recognition, and expense control.Reconcile data between General Ledger and Salesforce CRM.Perform daily revenue and expense allocations and ensure proper cash flow control.Complete month‐end closings and ensure data accuracy.Prepare ad‐hoc financial reports and data visualizations for leadership.Generate and validate partner order reports monthly.Collaborate with the Sales team on billing, payments, and AR control.Support employee reimbursements and corporate card management.Handle vendor onboarding, approve financial terms, and provide necessary statements or tax‐related documents (Sales Tax, 1099s, etc.).Assist with budgeting and forecast reports.What we're looking for3+ years of experience in accounting (preferably in a product or SaaS company).Strong knowledge of US GAAP standards.Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization).Experience with accounting and CRM systems – NetSuite, QuickBooks, Maxio, Salesforce (as a plus).High attention to detail and accuracy in working with numbers.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.English level – Upper‐Intermediate+ (written and spoken).Nice to haveExperience with financial reporting for US entities.Familiarity with automation tools or AI‐based accounting processes.Understanding SaaS revenue models (recurring revenue, deferred revenue, etc.).What you getWork with GAAP‐based accounting and real financial processes for a US product company.Remote first culture or hybrid office in Kyiv (near Olimpiiska metro).Contract through Ukrainian PE.Unlimited vacation policy.Paid medical leave.Medical insurance after the trial period.Partial compensation for professional courses and certifications upon individual request.A friendly, supportive environment with open‐minded professionals.Opportunity to grow into a Senior Accountant or Financial Analyst role.Join us – let's make revenue operations smarter, together.#J-18808-Ljbffr
