Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a skilled professional for an in-office position in Aiken or Greenville,South Carolina.This position is primarily a candidate to architect, build, and implement collaboration solutions to fully leverage the capabilities of Microsoft 365 Government CommunityCloud (GCC) High Power Platform. We are looking for a well-versed PowerAutomate Workflowdeveloper with key knowledge of the full Microsoft stack to develop solutions in, but not limitedto: PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI.The Specialist I has a depth of knowledge within designated Information Technology (IT) area ofresponsibility that is applied to diverse assignments. This position may collaborate with customers,vendors, industry consultants, and company management in order to drive results. This rolesupports workflow-related IT projects. This position may guide and share knowledge with other ITstaff.Basic Job RequirementsMaintain critical planning, monitoring, and reporting processes as well as requireddocumentation, for the timely coordination and completion of project tasks.Work closely with team members and stakeholders to understand Power Platform projectrequirements and contribute to the alignment of software solutions with organizational goals.Coordinate, direct, and lead project status meetings, confirm milestones, and ensure goals areachieved.Assist in various aspects of workflow development software projects, including design,testing, and deployment, under the guidance of senior team members to contribute to thesuccessful execution of software projects based on area of responsibility.Maintain a customer-focused approach, addressing user needs and ensuring Power Platformsolutions meet end-user requirements.Contribute to the development and coding of enterprise-level software applications.Participate with cross-functional team members in issue identification, process impacts, andsolution development discussions to optimize end-to-end solutionsDemonstrate proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and tools relevant to PowerPlatform application development.Communicate effectively with team members, providing updates on project progress,escalating complex problems to higher-level specialists and seeking guidance when needed.Maintain documentation related to software development, including coding standards,procedures, and user manuals.Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in softwaredevelopment.Contribute ideas for process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance softwareapplications.Participate in training programs and collaborative knowledge-sharing activities within theteam to enhance individual and collective expertise.Promote, encourage and model Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) principles acrossemployees and contractors.Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulations, such as data privacy andcybersecurity standards.Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standardsAdhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety, and Environmental and Sustainability PoliciesEffectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the jobMay need to travel to attend to business related mattersMeet expectations on attendance and punctualityOther duties as assigned.Preferred QualificationsAccredited four (4)-year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and five (5)years* of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly relatedexperience equal to nine (9) years* if non-degreed; some locations may have additional ordifferent qualifications in order to comply with local requirementsAbility to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited tomanagement, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitorsJob related technical knowledge necessary to complete the jobAbility to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state / province, and federal /national statutes and guidelinesAbility to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective mannerProof of U.S. citizenship is requiredKey experience areas (experience with):Microsoft 365 Applications in GCC High Tenant including but not limited to SharePointOnline, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, PowerBI, Dataverse, and DataCompliance tools across on-premises, Azure / O365 cloud, and hybrid configuredenvironmentsTransforming legacy SharePoint workflows (SharePoint 2016 / SharePoint Designer) tomodern Power Automate flows, leveraging JSON and diverse data typesSharePoint Subscription ServiceGovernment Compliance, Data Security, and NIST 800-171 Risk Compliance Standards;A knowledge of CMMC framework and NIST 800-171 controls is a plusData and Document Management Control Workflow Processes / Design andImplementationEngineering and Construction Control Workflow Processes / Design and ImplementationApplication Support, Gathering Requirements, Data Analysis, and DocumentationChange Management / Release Management / Incident TicketingDeveloping and Executing Queries and Reports to support
