If you're passionate about turning data into insights and enabling smarter decisions in a fast-paced automotive environment, this is the opportunity for you. In this role, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining data models, pipelines, and reporting structures that empower insight-driven decision-making across the enterprise.Reporting to the Senior Manager Data Analytics within the Enterprise Data organization, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and uncover trends, develop transformation logic, and craft compelling data stories that make raw data meaningful and actionable. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge automotive innovation and digital transformation projects. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the client's mission of creating mobility for all through the power of data.Key ResponsibilitiesData Democratization related activities to drive data-driven decision-making culture at TMNADevelop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and PowerAppsDevelop data workflows and automation using Alteryx, KNIME, or similar data analytics toolsAnalyze customer behavior, supply chain metrics, and manufacturing KPIs to support operational decision-makingCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and digital product teamsPrepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling to support strategic initiativesClean, validate, and transform raw data into analytics-ready formatsPerform data profiling and recommend quality rules to enhance trust and usabilityEnsure consistency in data processes and champion best practices in data analyticsDocument processes and contribute to data stewardship and governance initiativesRequired Skills7 8 years of experience in data wrangling, profiling, and testing tools7 8 years of experience with Power BI and/or Tableau, PowerApps, Alteryx and/or KNIME5 6 years of experience in Cloud platforms: AWS and/or AzureProficient in complex SQL and Excel7 8 years of experience in researching new data sources and building insightful dashboardsUnderstanding of data security, privacy, and cloud-based storageStrong communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical data into business insightsCuriosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environmentPreferred SkillsExperience in Data Democratization projectsData Analysis/Analytics certificationsExperience in the automotive industryAWS or Azure Data certificationsExposure to Python or REducation RequirementsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent work experience (10 years total experience required)Required Experience10 years of total experience in a data analytics role at a supervisory/senior level7 8 years of experience in data wrangling, profiling, and testing tools7 8 years of experience with Power BI and/or Tableau, PowerApps, Alteryx and/or KNIME5 6 years of experience in Cloud platforms: AWS and/or Azure7 8 years of experience researching new data sources and building insightful dashboardsExperience creating dashboards and dealing with project fundsBenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout GTTGTT is a minority-owned staffing firm and a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, a Native American-owned company in Alaska.
