Paralegal & Contract Specialist

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment. Compensation and Benefits: We believe in investing in our people. When you join Securitas, you’ll receive:Competitive Salary: $46,000 - $54,000 AnnuallyComprehensive Benefits Package:Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance10 accrued vacation days, 4 personal holidays, 6 sick days401K with company matchingCareer Growth: Continuous training and leadership development programs.Dynamic Work Environment: Be a part of a highly engaged and results-driven team. Key Responsibilities:Review, draft, and revise a variety of commercial contracts, amendments, and legal documents.Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Identify and assess legal, financial, and operational risks within contract language.Advise business leaders on contractual obligations, compliance requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.Interpret federal, state, and local regulations impacting contracts and company operations.Maintain and update standard contract templates, clauses, and legal documentation.Manage contract lifecycle processes, including tracking renewals, expirations, and key deadlines.Conduct legal and business research to support contract interpretation and decision-making.Maintain organized contract files and databases; generate reports as needed.Support the Legal Department with special projects, audits, dispute resolution preparation, and other paralegal duties as assigned. Education & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree preferred; Associate’s Degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience considered1–3 years of paralegal experienceExperience reviewing and negotiating contracts preferredExperience interpreting legal regulations and contractual language preferred CompetenciesProficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and internet-based researchWorking knowledge of Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint preferredStrong analytical and written/verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and project management abilitiesResults-driven with the ability to make sound decisions with incomplete informationStrong interpersonal skills; professional, collaborative, and customer-focusedEffective negotiation and problem-solving skills Why Securitas?If you are a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, business-focused environment, we encourage you to apply today and join a team dedicated to making the world a safer place.  Apply now to be considered. Company Website: https://www.securitasinc.com Securitas is committed to equal employment opportunity.
