We're looking for motivated individuals like you to join our team in California as Therapists in Training.Responsibilities:Conducting individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, including recording patient impressions contemporaneous with, or within a reasonable time of, such sessions;Scheduling client sessions and managing his/her own calendar of appointments, including rescheduling and cancellation appointments as appropriateAccurately collecting patient insurance and personal information prior to beginning treatment, and obtaining signed written informed consents and similar disclosuresCollecting co-pays, deductibles, and cancellation fees (if applicable) at the time of the session, in a form of payment approved by the Company, or facilitating the Company’s collection of client paymentsEntering and maintaining accurate records in Company’s electronic billing system, or any other system utilized by Company from time to timeSending and responding to correspondence to/from patients in accordance with Company’s policiesAttending staff meetings and other Company-mandated office gatheringsAttending CAMFT, continuing education, and other similar programs as required by CompanyFollowing all of Company’s policies and procedures, as they may be amended from time to timePerforming all other related Services as directed by the CompanyQualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED);Maintain (AMFT) Licensing according to the State of CaliforniaKnowledge of appropriate level of careProviding excellent patient care and follow upRemain confidentiality with sensitive informationExcellent oral/written communication skillsExcellent customer relationship skillsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to prioritize task and exercise sound judgmentAbility to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisorsAbility to write routine reports and correspondenceStrong computer and internet skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookExcellent customer relationship skillsExcellent attention to detail and efficiencyBenefits:Gain valuable supervised hours towards becoming a licensed therapist.Receive guidance and support from experienced mentors.Competitive compensation with flexible scheduling options.Access to ongoing training and growth opportunities.Make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and your community.Revive Wellness Counseling Center is an equal-opportunity employer and welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds.Note: This position is for individuals pursuing their Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) license.
