Let's grow together!We are seeking an Accountant who will leverage their expertise to help drive our continued growth. The ideal candidate brings experience in AP, AR, audits, reconciliations, month-end close, and compliance. This role is perfect for someone who is very organized and a strong self-starter.As an Accountant, some of your job duties will include:Accounts Payable (AP):Review and verify invoices and check requestsSort, code, and match invoicesEnter and upload invoices into the systemReconcile accounts payable transactionsMonitor accounts to ensure payments are up to dateResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies and issuesMaintain vendor filesAccounts Receivable (AR):Apply check, credit card and ACH paymentsCommunicate with customers on past due accountsApply purchase orders and invoice customersWork with customer service to ensure pricing accuracyCalculate fees and rebates associated with customer contractsGeneral Accounting Tasks:Assist with month-end close processes which can include, but is not limited to: calculating and posting monthly journal entries, maintaining accrual and prepaid calculations, reconciling bank accountsProvide supporting documentation for quarterly and year-end auditsTracking and recording physician payments and maintaining compliance with the Sunshine ActAssist in the preparation of monthly internal financial reports and presentationsFiling, mailing documents, etcEnsure compliance with applicable standards (GAAP) and regulations as a publicly traded companyAd hoc reporting and analysis as neededTo be successful as an Accountant, you will have the following experiences and skills:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum of 2 years of accounting experienceProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office productsStrong organizational and communication skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional drive, work ethic and initiativeEnergetic and enthusiastic personality who thrives on diversity and challenge in a roleMust be able to work collaboratively and operate in a fast-paced environmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be independently motivatedKnowledge of continuous improvement process or methods, a bonusIf you are looking to further your career in a pioneering and evolving industry, apply today for our Accountant position.
