You enjoy taking a "big idea" and breaking it down into a step-by-step process that a team can follow.Tech-Fluent: You are comfortable with data, software integrations, and the fast-paced nature of modern volume photography. The Growth PathPhase 1 (The Foundation): Hourly and remote. Focus is on learning the "Studio Vision," mastering the current GotPhoto setup, and building trust.Phase 2 (The Scale): As processes stabilize, your role moves toward a steady 40-hour week with increased responsibility over the entire workflow.Phase 3 (The Studio): As we open a physical location in the future, you will help lead that transition, moving into a senior leadership or Director of Operations role. Why This Role? This isn't a corporate "cog in the wheel" job. This is a chance to be the first operational hire in a business that is built to scale. You get the stability of a proven vision with the creative freedom to build the engine that powers it.
