This opportunity offers the ability to work alongside advisors, attorneys, CPAs, and planning professionals to deliver sophisticated, integrated wealth management strategies.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESServe as a trusted advisor and primary planning resource for high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, and business ownersLead comprehensive financial planning conversations across investment management, retirement planning, tax strategy, estate considerations, charitable planning, risk management, and wealth transfer strategiesIdentify proactive planning opportunities related to income tax, estate tax, business entities, retirement distributions, and multi-generational wealth planningDevelop and maintain customized financial plans and long-term wealth strategies aligned with each client's goals and objectivesParticipate in and lead client meetings, communicating complex planning concepts in a clear, practical, and relationship-focused mannerCollaborate closely with internal advisors, planning teams, investment professionals, and operations staff to deliver coordinated client servicePartner with external CPAs, attorneys, and other professional advisors to support holistic client planning and continuity across relationshipsReview financial documents, planning analyses, and tax-related materials to support strategic planning discussionsStay informed on market trends, tax legislation, regulatory developments, and planning strategies affecting affluent clientsContribute to business development initiatives through referrals, relationship-building, networking, and prospective client conversationsSupport a collaborative, client-focused team culture centered around thoughtful planning and exceptional serviceQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, taxation, or related field required.CPA, EA, CFP, or similar certification required5+ years of experience in tax planning, public accounting, wealth management, family office, or related advisory environments.Strong understanding of individual, trust, estate, and business taxation concepts.Experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients preferred.Ability to communicate technical tax information clearly and effectively to both clients and internal teams.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely across advisory, planning, and client service teams.Experience with tax preparation, planning, and financial planning software preferred.Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with performance-based incentives and long-term growth opportunity available for the right candidate.
