About the Role
The Talent & Experience Partner is not a traditional recruiter. This role is a hands‑on, high‑impact partner responsible for elevating the quality of hiring across the organization.
You’ll own the front lines of talent sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates with rigor and intention while working side‑by‑side with leaders to ensure we hire individuals who align with our mission, values, and performance expectations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Driving full‑cycle recruiting with a strong focus on quality over speed
Conducting thorough candidate screening and structured interviews to assess skills, readiness, and culture fit
Partnering closely with hiring leaders to align on expectations, provide feedback, and improve hiring decisions
Ensuring a consistent, professional, and high‑quality candidate and hiring leader experience
Supporting process improvements and recruiting best practices that strengthen hiring outcomes and retention
Contributing to broader HR initiatives in a team‑first environment

Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or Human Resources
Strong skills in candidate assessment, behavioral interviewing, and decision‑making

Qualifications
Education
Required: High School diploma or higher.
Preferred: Bachelor’s or higher in Human Resource Administration or related field.
Experience
Required:
3‑5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, interviewing, HR support, or similar HR roles.
Advanced computer proficiency including MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and electronic documentation systems.
Excellent organizational, time‑management, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
Experience working effectively in a fast‑paced behavioral health, high‑volume recruiting, or similar demanding environment.
Demonstrated skills in behavioral interviewing, candidate assessment, and identifying hiring risks.
Commitment to confidentiality, ethical decision‑making, and professional integrity.
Knowledge of employment law, interviewing best practices, and strategies to reduce hiring risks and bias.
High levels of accountability, follow‑through, and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback professionally.
Preferred
Experience recruiting in behavioral health, healthcare, corrections, or similar service‑driven environments.
Experience training or coaching hiring managers on interviewing, assessment, or selection processes.
HR certification.
Licenses & Certifications
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Criminal Background Check.
Driver’s License.
MVR Clearance.
Annual TB Clearance.
Drug & Alcohol Testing.
